Returns/Seller Related Queries
WAC aims to keep the shopping experience consistent across the marketplace; however, since each shop is an independent business, there may be some differences between shops. Each shop may have their own specific policies for things like shipping time, Shipping policy, returns, exchanges and custom orders.
If your query is about an order you’ve placed please reach out to the seller first. In case things don’t work out, just reach out to email@example.com with your order details within 21 days of placing the order and we will be happy to help.
For other seller related queries, you could use contact seller option available at each seller’s shop.
WAC takes feedback with utmost care and would urge you to leave a feedback on the seller shop page. A good feedback from your end could mean a huge encouragement to the artist who is trying to grow his/her passion.
