I own a clothing brand by the name Alterego.We make use of handblocked and woven fabrics designed in a contemprory style.

SHIPPING POLICY
Since we only work on a made-to-order model, please understand that we don't keep inventory and your order will be made from scratch which can take anywhere between 5-7 working days, with an additional shipping time of about 3-4 days.
We ship in India as well as internationally with reliable courier partners. The prices vary according to the size of the package.
REFUND POLICY
We hand-make every piece to suit your need, however if you feel that the garment doesn’t fit well, we’d request you to ship us your piece back with a small note stating alteration requirements and correct measurements.
Alternatively, you can exchange the piece with a store credit of the same value by shipping it back to us, but we’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same.
To avail either of these options, the garment should be intact with all the tags and labels.
We don’t provide a return refund unless the piece is found defected from our end.
