Estimated delivery of any product depends on the availability and the destination to which you want the order to be couriered. We deliver in 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays and Sunday).
Any item which is out of stock can be asked to make on order. Order would take approx 20-25 days.

Once your order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
Jewelry purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned.
However If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you have seven (7) days to exchange it for a full store credit.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on damaged, broken or cracked wood or resin items.
The cost of returning an item shall be borne by the customer.
