ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi, I'm Rama Bhaduri. I am an artist by nature, hence I create unique hand painted pieces of bottle art! This art needs lot of patience and time but it gives full satisfaction after seeing the finished product.
SHIPPING POLICY
At ArtNation, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services such as Bluedart, Aramex etc.
For domestic shipping, the products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days(after the date of dispatch) in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 working days(after the date of dispatch) for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm.
**Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.

REFUND POLICY
We accept return only in the case of defective items delivered.We can proudly say that such chances won't occur usually. Since our products are handcrafted it is not possible to make the same product again.If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt for a refund or exchange. You must report any visible damage to the product within 48 hours of home delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame the refund or exchange will not be accepted.All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging

Cancellations
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
