Hi! We're Heetal & Kanan , co-founders of Beetle & Bottle, a quirky and fun design label for kids. Beetle & Bottle is hugely inspired by the vivid and wild imagination of children. In a world where everything is designed to teach our children how to behave, how to think, how to look, talk, sit and eat, we believe in breaking the pattern by learning from our kids. BeetleBottle Kids have a wealth of spontaneity, a natural inclination to joy and wonder, which is more precious than all the knowledge we can give them. Beetle & Bottle is an attempt at reflecting this joy and wonder, this whimsical feeling of just being, of indulging in the belief that magic exists, that the world is made of sparkles and fairy dust. Join us in this adventurous journey of design and discovery.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on all orders!
We utilize the services of a trusted and reliable courier partner to fulfill the order. Your order will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. For 3 tier cities it can take 10-14 working days. Personalized orders will arrive in 10-14 days. Usually we ship out orders within 24 hours of you having placed the order.
In the event of an order not being received by you please contact us and we will initiate a comprehensive search of your shipment with the logistics company.
REFUND POLICY
At Beetle & Bottle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage.
If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in its original packaging with all labels intact for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on personalized items, or on items damaged on account of usage. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items. When returning an item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order number.
