Bhavesh Zala
INTRODUCTION

As a plein air (Outdoor Landscape) artist my primary goal to reach very ESSENCE of the spot an expose aesthetically very hidden places with watercolour. I like to represent high complexicity with simplicity and most of my paintings dominates LIGHT and light is so elusive element of landscape painting because light has always dancing on objects and I like to play with it and try to reach quality of light.
LIGHT IS SOUL OF THE LANDSCAPE PAINTING AND LIGHT INDICATE THE QUALITY OF PAINTING BUT DARKNESS IS ONLY THE OPPORTUNITY TO REACH LIGHT

I have completed my studies in government's schools and I have been drawing since the 4th class. I had  been drawing with very simple ball pen in my note books not just only in rough books but also in my fare note books and my teachers had always punished me for that but I never able to stopped myself by doing drawing. one child showed his passion in art and that passion made him a passionate watercolour artist today. And that's me in front of you.

Most of my paintings are in watercolor and acrylic.
My formal training in drawing and painting began under guidance of well-known artist Khodidas parmar when I was in class 9th. Especially in watercolour with Wash Technique. My experience so far has helped me to develop a strong foundation on which I began my career. However, he was the encouragement till date of my talent. In my view watercolor and wash technique is important to represent origin of art and original form of any realistic object and life....

Interplay of light and shade has produced a chiaroscuro effect and it draws the viewer eyes in the painting very easily. In this show most of my paintings dominate the WOOD. I like antiqueness of wood, Texture, Colours and Smell of wood. Wood has always called me and inspired me a lot and I’m never able to stop myself to paint wood. Where and when the LIGHT meets the WOOD it creates amazing and fantastic golden ambience and I fall in love with them very easily and however, that ambience kidnaps me and I paint it with watercolour.
