My creations give me the means to express my joy and absolute wonder into quirky curios that will hold a special place in your heart... As they do in mine!
SHIPPING POLICY
Craftstree is committed to deliver your order with quality packaging in the given time period.Ordered products will be shipped through out the week except sundays and public holidays. We always hire reputed courier services to ship your order. The shipping charge is mentioned separately for each and every product. If a customer orders more than one product from us the shipping will be added up as a total of all individual products. Once order is placed it will be shipped within 6 to 8 days.
REFUND POLICY
We are very flexible with our customers and want to provide them the best. If unfortunately you want to cancel the placed order do so with in 24 hours. If u cancel your order before your product has been shipped we will refund your amount. No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched order. we request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery.Incase there is any damage please contact our customer care at worldartcommunity.com with order id. We will send you a replacement against the damaged product or we can issue a credit note which will be valid for 3 months.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
All products from crafts tree are hand made and handcrafted.There may be a slight variation in texture ,finish and color as compared to pictures which is natural and adds to the beauty of products.
