INTRODUCTION
HAW Hands At Work aims at offering unique handmade/handpainted products. Each and every product showcased at HAW has a handwork element involved. HAW has been immensely loved for hand painted shoes, home decor and monograms.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
HAW - Hands at Work was started by Ankita and Akanksha in July'2016 with an intent to create unique products, completely handmade that break from the clutter and introduce the creative possibilities to the audience. Started with hand-painted shoes, monograms, hand-painted wall clocks etc, HAW widened it's product portfolio by associating with independent artist Suchira Sah in Oct'16, thus offering a wide variety of glass based home decor items, hand-painted stones, doodled products etc.
HAW is totally crazy and we believe the weirder the imagination, the better the product. And so we encourage our clients to throw ideas they can imagine as gifting option, and we try and bring them to reality!
SHIPPING POLICY
Since each product created at HAW is unique, we shall need 7-10 days before the product is ready for shipping.
During the checkout please make sure you have mentioned your complete Postal Address along with your mobile number.
We shall personally get in touch for customized orders, delivery time for which shall vary as per order.
REFUND POLICY
HAW endeavors to provide best quality to the customer, but if for any reason the buyer is not 100% satisfied, we will accept the Returns and Refund the item’s selling price.
We must be notified with a refund request within 24 hours of receipt.
We do no accept washed/damaged good.
Goods must be returned intact with all tags and labels.
The return should reach back with 7 Days from the date of receipt.
If the item is lost in transit then we will send you new item similar to it (as no handmade item is exactly the same)

Please note that there could be a minor variation in color, as compared to the photographs, due to lighting conditions.
