SHIPPING POLICY
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed ASAP (as mentioned on the product page) and gets delivered within 15-20 business days.We provide free delivery pan-India.Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Give us a call (10 AM - 7 PM) or drop us an email. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider.
REFUND POLICY
Returns for Furniture and Lighting category will be accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Please note that in such cases of returns, one way shipping charges will be in customer's account.
