REFUND POLICY
All of our products are hand crafted. As with any hand crafted product there could be some variations in colour and texture in the final product. We adhere to very strict quality policy at our end to ensure that you get the best product from House of Tales. We would replace any product that is damaged in transportation with a fresh product of the same design provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We advice you to inspect the product immediately on receiving for any manufacturing defect.
