INTRODUCTION
Hózhó Dreamcatchers was launched around November 2015 to bring the concept of "Dream catchers that tell a story" to Pune. Each dream catcher that is created has a significance and a story to tell. Wefound our "Hózhó" (balance peace and harmony) in unleashing our creativity into these beautiful native american beauties - dream catchers! Each charm, bead and colour we choose has a particular energy to it ,which connects spiritually to the buyer. There is one available for almost every form of energy that exists. Its all about finding your own "Hózhó" ! We also take custom orders , so if one has a story , concept and colour combinations in mind , we can bring their story alive in the form of our dream catchers.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hózhó was born out of love for all things creative by Tina and Swati from Pune.
Tina is a psychology major and has worked in the HR as well as the education industry. While her working years in the corporate infustry , she was always a part of the creative team -sharing ideas,event planning and decor. Soon she realised that she belonged to art and it's various forms and took a break to realise her dreams.
Swati is a finance major and has worked in various finance companies. She has also always been creatively inclined and she realised this even more , after she had her two lovely children . As her children started to go to school and got involved in art and craft like all other children , she took keen interest and even taught in a preschool.
It is there that Tina and Swati met , exchanged creative ideas with which the children in the school learnt. One such week , they learnt about the native Americans and how they created and used dreamcatchers.
This is where it all began . Tina and Swati quit their jobs and went on to learn in depth all about dreamcatchers. They even travelled out of the city to attend a workshop on the various weaving and designing patterns designing patterns of a dreamcatcher.
Back home , they wanted to bring the concept of "dreamcatchers that tell a story " to everyone they knew . . And they did !
Each dreamcatcher they create has a story to tell..A significance to share ..
In addition ,they will be as excited to create one for you if you have a story and significance to share ☆
