IRA ships products to all major cities across the country, using the services of leading and reliable courier companies
REFUND POLICY
IRA strives to offer you Handmade costume jewelry and hand Block Printed Products at reasonable prices.
Once your order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
Jewelry and other products purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned.
Discount vouchers and coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
However If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you have seven (7) days to exchange it for a full store credit.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on damaged, broken or cracked wood or resin items.
The cost of returning an item shall be borne by the customer.
