ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Even though I don’t hail from a professional design field, fortunately have a very gifted sense of design and aesthetics owing to my constant exposure to innovation, creativity and inspiration. After studying Economics, I moved into photography and trained under a renowned photographer before pursuing it further in Australia. I worked in the field advertising and photography for 7 years before exploring the world of beads.

SHIPPING POLICY
Goods are shipped within two days of order received. We use an online trackable logistics partner which mostly delivers the goods within 5- 7 working days. We use appropriate packing material to avoid damage in transit.
REFUND POLICY
We try and ensure that you are totally happy with your purchase.. The goods must be returned in their original packing at your cost - and we will arrange a full refund in case the buyer changes his/her mind after receiving the product.
In case of a wrong/damaged product delivery, we shall bear the return shipping charges, and provide replacement at no extra cost.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
We undertake customized and personalized orders as well. If you wish to gift our products, we'll be happy to include a note.
We also undertake bulk orders from boutiques, stores, corporate gifting etc and special orders for weddings.
