INTRODUCTION
Kraftinn is not only a company, it is a blending hub. It brings together creativity, innovation and vision made tangible in its eco-friendly, resilient furniture and utilities.
We use two materials currently :
1) Bamboo - Harder than oak and more stable than maple, bamboo is fast becoming a tree’s new best friend. When the world is fighting against the global warming challenge, Bamboo has the added cachet of being environmentally friendly. A 60-foot-tall bamboo cut for market takes 59 days to replace while a 60-foot tree takes 60 years, according to the International Network for Bamboo and Rattan.
2) Water Hyacinth - This aquatic plant was considered a waste and a bit of a nuisance as it has a propensity to spread at an alarming rate in water bodies and cause stilting. For years it was either cleared up or left unused. This long neglected plant when treated and weaved well brings in unparalleled elegance.
Both materials are used by Kraftinn to handcraft sturdy, simple products for daily use.

Shipping will be sent to confirmed addresses only
Shipping will be done usually through our courier partners Bluedart. However, in some occasions we may ship a product through Speed Post Service of Indian Post.
We normally ship within 1 working day after receiving payment.
Shipment is usually delivered within 5 working days after shipping. However, there may be delays based on location or external events. KraftInn will strive to make sure any such delay is communicated to customer.
Octroi charges if applicable in your city has to be paid by the Buyer. The Courier Company may also charge service tax for Octroi charges. Octroi is levied in certain cities in Maharashtra. It is the duty of Buyer to ascertain the rate of Octroi and other formalities relating to Octroi in their cities.
Tracking Details of the courier will be communicated to the Buyer.

REFUND POLICY
All items sold in KraftInn are brand new.
Actual Images of the items are being shown in listings.
Items must be returned in the same packaging and the same condition it was received in.
The Buyer has to bear the cost of shipping when returning the product.
100 % amount will be refunded for original product price upto Rs. 1000. A processing fee of 20 % will be deducted for products of higher value.
Damaged items will be replaced and shipped within 10 working days once we receive the return.
