Expertly handcrafted, Levoca’s floral stories are distinctive and one of a kind, with each tale carefully handcrafted over a period of anywhere between 7 days to 30 days of workmanship. Crafted with utmost care and love, Levoca products can only be created by a well-trained deco clay professional craftsman. Every Levoca creation is not only beautiful, but also light weight, soft to the touch yet remarkably long lasting. SHIPPING POLICY
Packaging:
o We are committed to not just handcrafting beautiful products for you, but to also ensure that you receive the products unscathed. We ensure that each order is packed within a cardboard box and is properly cushioned, to ensure that no damage is caused.
o You will receive a hard copy of the invoice along with the package. The package will also carry a small card carrying the instructions on how you could handle your product in the best possible manner.
Dispatch & Monitoring:
o We take an average of anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks to create your product and thereby which the product is then dispatched. You shall be posted on the dispatch details such as docket number, date of dispatch and the concerned courier service so that you could monitor the movements of your docket.
Delivery Time:
o You should receive your order within 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch. Be rest assured, we always work with reputed courier services, to ensure a timely delive
REFUND POLICY
Every Levoca product is a handcrafted bespoke creation, and so every creation stays distinctive and as per your order. Hence we do not encourage and entertain refunds on the following grounds:
o Did not like the product: If you liked our creation in the picture, be rest assured, you will love them when you physically receive it.
o Change in order: We always look forward to crafting newer floral stories for you. However, once a product has been created and dispatched to you, we cannot change the order, and hence the amount cannot be refunded.
Damaged product received:
o We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us with details of the damages & the product images, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
o After going through the details of the damaged product, we shall notify you via email, and you may send across the product back to us, in an intact condition
ADDITIONAL POLICY
• Every Levoca product is a handcrafted bespoke creation, hence every creation stays distinctive.
• The colors on the actual product, might slightly vary from that on the image, and must be used for visual reference only.
• Basis the scope of work, we would need anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks to craft your Levoca story, as these are handcrafted, only for you.
• Each Levoca product is made of paper based air-dried modeling clay, hence please avoid contact with water, in any form.
• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight as it can lead to fading of colours.
• Levoca products are easy to maintain and if well preserved, can stay timeless. Use a soft brush to keep dust away.
