loop is a contemporary pashmina brand that’s born out of love for all things nice.
The brain child of Ishani Singh and Emilia Bergmans, loop attempts to introduce to you what we call the ‘everyday pashmina’, shawls that are intended to be occasion neutral yet designed for everyday luxury.
Our first collection features three distinct design stories - structure, mesh and geo. Complementing the designed collection is a line of high quality plain pashminas.
All our shawls are handmade with love using 100% top quality pashmina wool and dyed with organic dyes.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via FedEx or UPS and dispatch orders as per the timeline indicated. Goods will need to be signed for, so please make sure you choose your delivery address accordingly. Please provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before goods are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Loop. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated.
