ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I have studied textile design from Apeejay Institute of Design, Delhi. Obtained experience as a home furnishing designer from renowned export houses. After gaining industry experience, Malang, is my own creative studio where I create products with my experience and hard work. Every piece created is very well thought and our Designs are exclusive with vivid palette, drawing inspiration from different facets of life. Hopefully you will like it too and will always comeback for more.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
2. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders.
3. Delivery time:
metros : 4-6 working days.
other cities : 5-7 working days.
areas serviceable only by speed post : 15 working days.
4. As soon as your package is ship, we will email your package tracking information details.
5. We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. We will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
REFUND POLICY
Damaged Goods:
1. Entire Order Value would be refunded if you receive the products in damaged condition. The intimation of damage should be received by us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. The refunds would be processed after the products are returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment.
For Goods Purchased During Sale:
1. No Returns will be accepted for goods purchased during Sale and on Special Offers.
