ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi! My name is Neha Gopinath Pillai and I reside in Bangalore.
I love being creative and painting brings me truest joy. Like most others though, i did try my hand at a regular day job as an IT recruitment consultant, but soon realized that i had to come back to my true calling. Terracotta as a material fascinates me in terms of the immense creative freedom it provides a designer and of late, it has become my material of choice.
Hope you like my work and feel free to drop a line with ideas for what you would like to see , comments or suggestions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges extra.
All items will be shipped within 5 - 10 days post order confirmation. On bulk orders the time would vary as per the quantity of order placed.
REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with my products feel free to get in touch with me and we will try and work something out. If the product is received in a damaged condition, we request you to share an image of the damaged product informing us via email; and this must be done within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Based on the scenario, a refund/return of the product will be initiated.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Custom Orders are most welcome for special designs, additional quantities or previously sold items! Please get in touch with me. Note that the pieces in this shop are hand created; their uniqueness is what make these products beautiful! Please allow for slight variances from the posted photos.
All products are fragile or need to be handled with care.
To ensure the items are safe we pack each product with utmost care. Hope you like owning them as much as we love making them for you!
