INTRODUCTION
RaasLeela produces 100% hand stitched products without using any machine stitching at all. All these products are made by home based women artisans from Patan, Kutch and Ahmedabad.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am a fashion designer working with various hand embroidery techniques for 7 years now. I run a brand named RaasLeela which makes fully hand stitched garments without using any machine stitching.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our courier partners deliver shipment between Mondays through Saturdays: 9am to 7pm barring public holidays and Sundays. RaasLeela will not be responsible for unexpected or unavoidable travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, traffic situations and strikes.
REFUND POLICY
We take utmost care to ensure that ordered goods are delivered on time and safely.
Returns can be accepted if,
1. damaged and incorrect goods
they should not be worn, washed/ dry cleaned or ironed. All products must be exactly in their original packing with all the inner packing material and price tag should not be or removed or tampered.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/ wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from courier partner, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation prior to shipment initiation:
You can cancel order by emailing us prior to the time of shipment. Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation after the Shipment is made
Once the shipment has commenced you cannot cancel your order. However, you may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.
