ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi I am an interior designer by profession. Always the one to incorporate plants in designs and execution, I was constantly seeking new and interesting ways to display plants but without much success. This is when I embarked on a mission to create and offer planters that are not only unique in designs but also in the way they occupy space within and outside of our living/ working space.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. We deliver to all places serviced by the Indian Postal Department's Parcel Services unless otherwise specifically mentioned a specific product.

3. Plants are offered for delivery only in National Capital Region
Products are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Made to order items, indicated on the product page, will be dispatched as mentioned on the page. Dispatches will be effected only from Monday-Friday
3. All the products are transported and delivered using surface transport.
4. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case of made-to-order products no cancellation will be entertained.
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, plants, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective goods please report the same within 48 hours of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be subject to inspection of merchandise/goods by our team and a replacement will be sent to you once the team is satisfied with the genuiness of the complaint.
Incase of non availability of replacement a full refund will be done.
