INTRODUCTION
Simply Olive is a Jewelry Label, from Jaipur, India, whose whimsical collection of handmade and casting jewelry takes inspiration from the traditions, colors, patterns, and symbols of cultures from around the world.
Created by two friends who believe jewelry in any form can act as a symbol of the depth within us all. When worn, it can remind us and enhance this depth.
Simply Olive proudly offers a comprehensive collection of bejeweled art inspired from our travels, encounters, interests and collaborations between artisans. It's collections are beautifully poised between aspirational and achievable fashion to complement modern lifestyle
We aim to unite far away people and cultures and to bring their traditions and lost art together through our collections of modern jewelry.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
As a little girl, I would sneak open my mother's almirah at any and every available opportunity and try on all the jewelry that were inside. It made me feel ethereal.
(I still do this!!)
It was my 9 to 5 job with a production house that inspired me to start Simply Olive. I would see new designs being made every single day and my heart would ache, for it was a treat to the eye but I could not keep any of it. With just creative visuals in my head, what I wanted was either too expensive or not available in the retail stores.
Out of the blue one day I hired a artisan, gave him 8 designs to make for me. As luck would have it, a few of my close friends and their friends asked me to replicate the designs for them. And thus began my humble adventure.
Driven by passion to create and my innate love for stones, metals and art, I like to create, source and offer accessories which one can related to, accessories which have a meaning, accessories which do not diminish in value over time.
The designs which Simply Olive offers is not bound by time or changing fashion, we try our best to offer inspired art, something you can wear season after season.
I hope you find a piece of jewelry with which you can related and hope you enjoy wearing it as much as I enjoyed having them made.

SHIPPING POLICY
All Products will be shipped from the warehouse within 3-4 days from the date of successful order placement. We will be sending you the tracking information, as we ship out.
We use reputed courier services as our delivery partners. Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days for deliveries. The time period maybe more or less depending upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery.
It is our request not to accept if the shipment appears damaged and/ or tampered with, as we ensure that all shipments are packed securely.
REFUND POLICY
FAULTY ITEMS:
All products are inspected for quality at the time of dispatch. However if you receive a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 15 days of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.
It is requested that you inform us of such defect within 7 days of receipt of shipment with pictures. (Please note our shipping policy- should you received a damaged shipment, please do not accept it.)
Thereafter we shall guide you with the return procedure.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
GENERAL RETURNS:
We want you to be 100% happy with the products you order. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, we will make a refund or exchange within 7 days from shipment receipt on all unused items.
Item should be returned in the original condition, including tags.

All jewelry pieces are hand finished, and are delicate in nature.
Increase the life of your jewelry, by treating it with Care. Please do not shower or swim wearing them. Keep with away from chemical like perfumes and hairsprays; from heat and water.
Plating- Oxidation is a natural process and it is in nature of Silver and treated metals to Oxidize and tarnish. Gold/ Silver/ Rhodium but will fade over time and use.
We take utmost care in our jewelry making process to use quality metals and stones.
We are not responsible for damage caused due to careless wear/storage.
