INTRODUCTION
Inspired by the journey of clay from the earth to the furnace and then to our homes, the ceramic trail is a journey of form to finesse and then to function. Each piece seeks to explore the fluid boundary between functional pottery and art. Display it as a work of art or use it as an everyday object of beauty. Each piece is individually handcrafted and some of them come together as a theme.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am a potter based out of Bangalore, India. My initial exposure to pottery came in 2001 in Maryland and Virginia, USA where I trained under various studio potters. As a member of Art League Of Germantown, I exhibited my work in biannual exhibitions in the USA. In 2006, I moved to Bangalore and have been conducting pottery classes at Claystaton in Bangalore.
I started out in the art world by experimenting with oil on canvas. Over time, I have been trying to marry pottery and painting by treating my wheel thrown pieces as canvases for fine brush work.

Each piece is carefully wrapped to avoid damage during shipping. I use established courier for shipping inside India and the shipping price is mentioned with each piece. For shipping outside India, please reach out to me and I will charge on actuals.
