SHIPPING POLICY
the kala shop provides SHIPPING THROUGH-OUT INDIA AND OVERSEAS on all items .delivery time is between 3-7 Days depending upon which city you are at. It gets delivered faster in Metros.
REFUND POLICY
All products sold at the kala shop are covered under our 5 Days Replacement Policy. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery then send us back the original product you received and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
