These pendants are inspired by century-old vintage maps from the British era of 'Undivided India' where Bangladesh and Pakistan were a part of the Indian sub-continent. The Mysore state was a separate state within the Union of India from 1948 until 1956. The princely state of Mysore, now known as Mysuru, is a prominent city of present-day Karnataka.
