ABOUT SHOP OWNER
LazyBrats is an year old small setup, which deals in hand painted customised items. Brainchild of Amita Bajaj, she is experimenting with different stuff right now (Mainly hand painted products). She has a group of enthusiastic artists, who love to paint. After working in IT sector for a decade, she wanted to start something creative and hence LazyBrats was born. Her work shows her passion towards the artwork. LazyBrats started with canvas shoes, then came Ballerinas, Kettles, Earrings, Clutches, Passport Organisers and more items are in pipeline like Coasters, stationary etc.

We would give you the courier partner tracking id for your shipment.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and Returns
If there is any deviation/defect in your order, please inform us with in 48 orders of receiving the goods. Please email us with the the picture of the product. Some one from our team would get in touch with you to verify and discuss the issue. If your concern is genuine, we would start your exchange process.
Pack the product carefully and ship it back via a reputed courier partner (Blue Dart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, DHL, Prime Track, Professional Couriers etc.) and provide us the tracking number. The return courier charges would be paid by the seller.
Once the product reaches us, we would inform you and start processing .
No return or exchange would be made, if product received is not in good shape. Items should be unused, clean and in resalable condition.
