Our staff delivers your product on all working days except on public holidays & Sundays. We ship the in stock product within 24-48 hours of placing order.
REFUND POLICY
Our return policy promises happiness of client Request for its return should be filed within five days after its receipt. Send us an email for return request. After receiving the product, it passes through a quality check procedure. If the rug is tampered free, then the refund process is initiated within 72 working hours. The damaged or improperly handled rug shall not be accepted. Our terms and conditions The item should be returned within 5 days of the receipt The product needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It should not be used, washed, altered / tampered or soiled before return. The product's original packing, labels and tags should stay intact. The refund or replacement can be initiated after the item passes thorough quality inspection. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please inform us within 3 hours of order receipt.
