We are completely factory less, indigenous handmade manufacturing company, but our exquisite & unique deliverables have given us more than 1500+ happy, satisfied patrons till date. Our motto is to create a healthy ecosystem between handmade lovers(customers) & creators(artisans) towards a sustainable future.

SHIPPING POLICY
Aamani’s Crochet is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Shipping Free For Indian Addresses Aamani’s Crochet offers free shipping to all locations in India. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state where it is applicable) Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays. Delivery is trackable and 100% insured. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly write back to us  within 2 hours of placing the order. Shipping to Multiple Address All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address, place your orders separately.
REFUND POLICY
No return/refund. Exchange of product is allowed in case of wrong delivery.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
7 Days Exchange Policy: Item can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods by customer Exchange will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Your exchange request should be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt of the package. To avail of the 7 day exchange, your item must be returned in its original unused condition to reach us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. You can choose an alternate product of the same value, lower or higher value for the product accepted by us as an exchange. In case the value of the alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue you a credit note for the balance value. In case you are unable to find an alternate product immediately, we’ll send you a credit note for the value of the item(s) that you exchange. This credit note can be utilized against a future purchase later. This Credit Note will be valid
