All the itmes have been made in the finest Indian Tradition ,drawing on the heritage of India's Crafts and skills,many of the processes are manual,Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted Process. Hence not counted as a Defect. We dont exchange or accept any return if the dress is customized and made as per the measurements We only Exchange a Product for once and when informed within 2 Working Days. Exchange shipping Cost has to be born by the client if the chosen size was incorrect . We will not accept the dress back if there is any damage in the courier. Company will not be responsible for any loss in the courier sent by you. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
