SHIPPING POLICY
*The product will be appropriately packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 3-5 days.
*Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days. The time period maybe more or less depending upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
*Replacement can be done if the product is defective.
*All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery along with a photo proof. No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed.
* As each piece is unique, a product can only be replaced with a similar product.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
*Please store your Jewelry in the soft pouches or separate jewelry boxes in dry places.
Refrain from using perfume/ water over the surface of the jewelry.
Each piece is delicate, please handle with care.
*As the products are handmade ,they may not have smooth machine finish.
*The material used have been resourced from various artisans across the world.Though we buy them from the best sources ,we still cannot guarantee on their quality.
