SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from our Delhi office via Ondot, DTDC, Bluedart or Fedex. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. Anushkaa-Annasuya cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Shipping time Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your requirement, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us mentioning your order ID. Please note shipping time is when the product is dispatched from our office. Delivery may take a few extra days, as per the courier service.
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS Anushkaa Annasuya endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package 1. Size Mis-match – correct size will be provided. 2. Wrong product received – correct product will be exchanged. 3. Damaged product received.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Cancellation on orders are valid only up to 12 hour from placing the order. The amount for the same will be transferred within 10 working days or sooner, from the same account to the same account. Post 12 hours policy of Refund apply. Please read all policies carefully before placing an order.
