SHIPPING POLICY
Local shipping (within India) will be done by The Professional Couriers Ltd.
If a lamp is ready, it will be shipped within 1 business day of being ordered. If it is made to order, it will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days (depending on design) of being ordered.
Most packages are delivered within 7 to 12 days of being shipped.
REFUND POLICY
I generally package all lamps with multiple layers of bubble wrap, crumpled newspaper and packaging cardboard to ensure that there are no calamities during shipping. Damages and losses in transit will not be covered under refunds.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a 100% refund.
