INTRODUCTION
The items for sale are handmade by me. They are made with stoneware and porcelain clay. They are glazed and fired @ temperature above 1200° Centigrades. Tableware is glazed with food safe glazes and safe to use in microwave oven.
My studio is in Pune.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Asha is an Architect by profession and
an architecture and history
teacher as well.
She graduated from Pratt Institute,
New York in 1969. Since 1976 has an
architectural practice with her husband in
the name of A & P. Baste, Architects
started first in Mumbai and now in Pune.
Asha experiments in pottery actively
since 2005 after joining the pottery course
in Columbus Art Center, Ohio.
She is due to exhibit her work
later this year in Singapore.

The items being ceramic are required to be properly packed for shipping. They will be sent via courier and all possible care will be taken to ensure that they reach safely. Items sold within Pune can be picked up personally. Some items are available only in Pune.
