I am an aspiring metalsmith based out of goa, each and every piece is handcrafted by me from brass and copper. I want to make people content with simple timeless pieces. Please allow me 4-5 days to complete your order
SHIPPING POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy 1. An order once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order. However cancellations will not be allowed once the package has been dispatched. 2. Since all orders are made to order we will not be able to return your order unless it comes damaged after you opened the package. 3. Please do not accept tampered or damaged package. 4. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind upon receiving 6. Again, all our products are made to order and come under no return policy unless you receive a broken piece.
REFUND POLICY
We ship orders on Monday to Thursdays, excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, packed in a beautiful gift box All the orders on our shop are made to order, please allow us 4-5 days to prepare your order and 2 days to ship after that. Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by Atomic no 29 for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
