ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Shibani Jain is an alumna of NID, Ahmedabad and founded Baaya Design in 2009. Her vision is to preserve traditional art by making it relevant to contemporary lifestyles through innovative designs.
Shibani has been working in the grassroot arts and crafts space for over 18 years. Her experience in the crafts sector combined with an understanding of interiors, gives her valuable insights into the requirements of urban markets.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders within India are delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of order/payment and should be delivered on working days. We ensure good quality packaging and delivery through reputed logistics within a given time frame. Slight color variations between the image and actual product are unavoidable.
REFUND POLICY
In case you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team within 24hrs of receiving the parcel. Any information received after 24 hrs. of parcel delivery will not be considered. Upon receiving the complaint, Baaya Design shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Baaya Design is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Baaya Design will accordingly take action on the case. Kindly note that the Product should be unused. Product should be sent back by the customer in the Original packing.
