Our jewellery is Minimalistic, Contemporary and Timeless, a design language that is appreciated by women of all ages. We subscribe to ‘less is more’ school of thought. We have taken inspiration from an unmistakable trait in artworks that stood the test time - they are extremely pleasing and intrinsically simple. We are on a passionate pursuit to breathe new life into age-old Indian jewellery crafts and techniques.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am a computer science graduate and an MBA. After working in multinational companies for 6 years, I decided to take a sabbatical to study jewelry and travel. I moved to New Delhi because it was closer to the Himalayas and I could still study in a design school. I never went back to the corporate world; instead gave in to the prospect of creating things and living an inspired life. In 2010, I started the label Benaazir.
We make minimal, timeless, ubiquitous jewelry. We present a fresh perspective on jewelry, merging two different worlds - old and the new; traditional and contemporary. Our designs are ever evolving marrying traditional crafts legacy with today’s relevant narrative.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
We ship through Fedex. If Fedex does not deliver to your area, we will ship your items through India Post.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or any other unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
REFUND POLICY
All our products are hand-crafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from other. Minor difference in shape/color and inclusions are characteristics of natural stones. These don’t make stones or products defective. We strive to show you pictures closest to reality. The color may vary on different devices as well. Please review pictures carefully before making any purchase.
Returns and Refunds will be accepted only –
* If the product is damaged or if there is a genuine quality issue
* If we have shipped you the wrong product
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or product(s) is damaged, please take the picture and email us immediately with photos, shipping reference number and order details.
We are not liable to return if we are not informed within 3 calendar days of delivery. It is up to us to decide whether product is approved for return and we would communicate to you on the best way to return.
