ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Born and brought up in Delhi, I have been attracted to different art forms since my childhood. I love painting, sketching, digital art, graphics and do different things related to art, crafts and designing.
For me a work of art is an expression of mystic world that exist on emotional and intellectual plane. As an artist I get an opportunity to communicate with the society and try to present a creative work appealing to the eyes, heart and mind at the same time.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY: For international (outside India) orders shipping charges may be extra depending upon your location. Please feel free to contact us for details. Generally all orders will arrive in 10-14 days. Usually we ship out orders within 24 hours of you having placed the order. Some of our creations are quite fragile and it may not be feasible to ship and we do not want our customers to bother with damaged piece so there are few items that can be picked up personally with in Delhi only. If you live far away and still love our pieces of work please free to contact us and we may come up with a solution! To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. In the event of an order not being received by you please contact us and we will initiate a comprehensive search of your shipment with the logistics company.
REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY: We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any piece of art you have ordered from us. Despite everyone’s best efforts, artworks can get misplaced or lost. In case, if the customer does not receive the item, full amount will be refunded. At Craftlay, we take great pride in quality and craftsmanship of each work of art. Attention to design, authenticity and safety is our top most priority. We carefully inspect each order prior to shipment, personally. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and if you believe that the product is different from what you have ordered online, for example you ordered for Red colored bag and we send a Yellow bag, then please contact us and include your name, address, contact mobile number and order number with an image of the product received, in order to enable a replacement. We’ll gladly accept return and exchange it, acknowledging our mistake. We will not even ask for return delivery charges!

When you contact us, complete a form or purchase something from our site, we only collect the personal information that you give us, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Craftlay use personal information submitted to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have raised, process applications, and complete requested transactions or to provide you with further information about the products and services we offer. We do not share email addresses with third parties without your consent unless required for any service or product manufacturing and shipping related purpose.
