Cupkin was concieved out of pure passion for handcrafted jewellery and since its inception in 2014, it has always aspired to be a preferred brand for women looking to buy latest trends, which don’t clean out their bank accounts.
Each piece at Cupkin is handcrafted making it unique and trendy.
Our jewellery is mostly a fusion of contemporary with a traditional twist.
Apart from the conventional jewelry (earrings and neckpieces), we also make Haathphools (hand chains), Hair extensions, Tiaras, Shoulder dusters and body chains.
Cupkin believes that jewellery has this power to be this one little thing to make you feel unique and we at Cupkin try and do just that.

Our passion for the handcrafted is what keeps us going. Each and every piece that we sell is handmade or handpicked by us. We love to sport a new look each season, and hence our designs keep changing – after all, we want our customers to keep refreshing their look to stay relevant and hip. So yes, we’re young, hip and very affordable.
What drives us is customer satisfaction. It is our guiding philosophy which is why we are always scouring for latest trends that we customize, while making sure our collection remains affordable.
Cupkin therfore is a labour of our love; which means that together the both of us are responsible for every aspect - from sourcing to designing to managing logistics, sales and running the show. We do it all, and we do it together.
We use DTDC as our primary mode of shipment.
Items are shipped within 3-5 working days after the order has been made. Tracking information is shared once the product is shipped.
- As all our pieces are handcrafted, we do not encourage returns.
- In the rare event of the buyer receiving the item damaged, a replacement will be offered, subject to availability of stock.
All replacement requests should be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. This can be done by e-mailing us a picture of the product. Once we receive the damaged product, we send a replacement.
- All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 24 hours from delivery will be processed.Exchange merchandise should be in our packaging and have all our tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The buyer is liable to bear all exchange costs. Also, it is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage or Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us.
