Dharohar Hamari Thaathi is a trust started in memory of(L) Smt Manju Sinha and my father(L) Dr N L Patel. We are into handcrafted product line of ceramics ( stoneware , terracota), textiles and any other medium which is able to bring out the creativity of an individual. Our beneficiaries include differently abled people and women. Our product range includes ceramic vases, serveware, bedside lamps, planters wall framed decoratives, centre pieces, oil dispensers , applique work ribbon embroidery products, potli bags etc . We also take orders for corporate and events gifting .

Dharohar- Hamari Thaathi is a trust started in memory of my father , (L) Dr N L Patel & (L) Smt Manju Sinha .
It is a stage set for innate expression of creativity through clay(stoneware, terracota), textiles & any other medium that helps its beneficiaries to be socially elevated & economically independent .
Our beneficiaries are differently abled people & women who are routed through various self and sponsored skill development training for making products . Efforts are on to route them into Self Help Groups .
Our products range includes ceramic vases, serve ware, bedside lamps, planters, platters , wall framed decoratives, centre pieces, oil dispensers, beautifully styles and shaped pots , applique work cushions and runners, , ribbon embroidery products etc for corporate, gifting , birthdays & individual orders too .

REFUND POLICY All the products at Dharohar are handcrafted. There may be slight variation from the picture and in multiple units. Return Policy :Our return policy covers only damaged or broken goods. If unfortunately, you have received damaged or broken goods, kindly intimate us immediately.Also, please take pictures of the goods showing the damages clearly and reach out within 24 hrs , mentioning your Order ID to apply for an exchange or replacement.After receiving the application, and review from our side, in case of eligibility ,We will personally ensure that the product is replaced with a similar kind . In case of ceramics , as each piece created is a piece in itself, it is difficult to create an exact kind . In such situation, we would give an option to choose from the other products list with no additional cost within 10 working days.

ADDITIONAL POLICY
For shipments in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, if the complete order sums up to INR 5000/- or more, the delivery shall be on personal basis .
