District18 is a brand launched by This & That. Having in-house state-of the-art manufacturing facilities in an area spread over almost 4000 sqmtrs, we produce best of the hand crafted gift & home decor products like Wall decor, Lighting, Garden products, Mirror frames, Candle Holders, Occasional Furniture and lot of other Accessories in metal, wood, leather and various combinations. Our passion has always been to create unexpected and original designs. The design team, led by Chayan is fully supported by in-house production team for regular & frequent developments. During the past 15 years of manufacturing & exporting, we have learn t the importance of exclusive collection and the role, design play to thrive in this highly competitive field. We have been supplying our quality products to many retail stores and online platforms in India and thus we understand the taste and requirements of the Indian customers as well.

SHIPPING POLICY
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 4-8 working days for your order to be dispatched, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays can take a little longer to dispatch. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.
If the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost
REFUND POLICY
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then order will have to be cancelled and 100% refund will be given
Cases of customer demanding refunds:
• Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don't want suitable and available replacement of product • In express-orders only 90% refund will be given, If the delivery address is out-side the service area
