Diyaana offers unique range of handbags and fashion accessories specially handcrafted with Indian handlooms and age old embroideries of India. Our Brand is specially inspired by Rabaari and Kutchi motifs & Embroidery of Gujarat and Rajasthan. This embroidery style is made by the Rabaari or Rewari community belonging to Gujarat & Rajasthan. This very colourful embroidery style, using stark contrast was traditionally used only for garments.

SHIPPING POLICY
We dispatch all orders within maximum 3 to 4 days of receiving the order. In case of Sunday, public holidays etc. the order will be dispatched the following day.
REFUND POLICY
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, date of the transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
