We offer Free Shipping on all orders with total cart value greater than or equal to Rs. 500. It takes upto 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally for orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods or bad weather conditions, there can be processing and shipping delays. Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that: 1. The item may be damaged during transit. 2. There might be a manufacturing defect. 3. Wrong item(s) is delivered to you. 4. You are not satisfied with the product or it does not serve your purpose. In such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within 5 days from date of delivery of product(s) to the customer. Products can be replaced within 5 days except under the following conditions: Items have been used, soiled and/or damaged by the customer. Items not returned in the condition it was received.
