Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA) Domestic shipping (India) is chargeable. Delivery to metro cities takes 5-6 working days after we ship, non-metro locations take 7-9 working days. In some cases, it may take even longer depending upon the location being served. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. International shipping & delivery We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America and Western Europe takes 7-10 days*. Other countries will take 14 days*. You will receive tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. **This is an estimated time. Actual delivery time may vary due to local factors including customs clearance.
REFUND POLICY
We offer only limited edition series and the products listed are non-refundable. We do not provide any refunds or exchanges. Returns, in any case, if the product is being shipped back to us -The product must be returned without any scratches or damage. -Must be returned in its original packaging. All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from the team. If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the entire amount. Kindly inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.
