Impressions by Nidhi is an initiative taken to fulfil her own dream of working with Designs, Hues, Art & Creativity and thereby reaching out to the minds of everyone present here.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Nidhi Arora is associated with some of the finest Educational Brands in Delhi/NCR for teaching Design & its aspects related to the Fashion & Textile industry. Simultaneously, she gained experience in the field of graphics as a freelance Designer as well as with Design colleges. Nidhi is an MBA degree holder in Design Management. Collaborating with the local artisans, she has also been designing and creating all kinds of customized women apparels.
SHIPPING POLICY
The artworks shall be suitably packed and shipped. Please do not accept the shipment if it appears damaged/ tampered with on arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Each artwork will be created especially for you after an order is placed, so returns will not be accepted once it is sold. In case of any concerns for me to review, please get in touch with me within 36 hours of receipt of product and I shall be happy to help. We could offer a choice of replacement where the product shall be picked up from the buyer (buyer is requested to pack well in the original packaging). Please note: In case of Digital artworks, we could offer a replacement or exchange only in case of incorrect or damaged products. In case of extenuating circumstances (for hand painted artworks) wherein a refund has to be made to an unsatisfied buyer, the same shall be made on the total amount of the artwork alone. NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
For Hand Painted artworks: Although all efforts are made to create identical artworks to that of the images published on the website, there could be minor shade/pattern differences, as all the artworks are individually hand painted after an order is placed. Please remember that these artworks are not digitally printed or machine made and are made by human hands, which is why minor variations can occur.
