Hi,I'm keerthi... An artist and a crafter by profession. Art And crafts have always been my love and passion. My brand "Craftrave" mainly features Soutache Jewelry, which is made with a fabric thread called Soutache. We offer wide range of soutache jewelry, polymer clay jewelry, bead embroidery jewelry and accessories. Pamper yourself with this unique handcrafted collection or gift them to your loved ones and shower them with love and uniqueness.
SHIPPING POLICY
All the products will be shipped in a week after receiving the order. However, for bulk orders, the time may depend on the no. of pieces. Shipment is usually done through trusted courier services. Craftrave will not be responsible if the parcel is returned due to unavailability of the customer at the provided address.
REFUND POLICY
Craftrave offers a hassle free shipment. In case the product is damaged during shipment, please get in touch with us with the pictures of the damaged product with in 24hrs of receiving the parcel. In such cases, the product will be replaced or the amount will be refunded. However, the final decision will be taken by Craftrave.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Soutache is a type of fabric cord. Usually no special care is necessary other than keeping them in a clean box, so that the beads and crystals used in the jewellery are not damaged.
*In case, the jewellery gets wet by mistake, please allow them to dry under the fan for couple of minutes.
*All the pieces can be customized in different colors.
*Bulk orders are accepted.
