I asked myself - how could I convince people to move away from overly decorative designs? Was a fresher, more subtle approach to designing required? That's when it hit - voila! - The answer was minimalism. But not just simple designs - style would always be my first priority. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping We ship within 1 to 3 days of receipt of payment, not counting Sunday and postal holidays. If you have a deadline rapidly approaching, birthday, etc., we can usually expedite at no extra charge, just let us know. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING_ Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country. There may be duty taxes applied to your purchase. For all shipments made outside INDIA note that it can take 1-6 weeks for delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges We would like each customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us if there is any damage to your jewellery in shipping or if you are unhappy with it in any way to arrange for a replacement or refund within 7 working days. All products have 7 days return policy starting from the day you received the item. -The item has to be in the exact same condition. -All jewelry shipped will have seal on them and if removed the piece can not be exchanged/ returned. -Shipping is also charged separately in order to ship the jewellery back to you. (in cases where the buyer has changed their mind and want something else in return) -in the rare event of a defective/wrong product delivered, the return shipping charges will be borne by seller.
