ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I’ve always wanted to own a small business and be my own boss and hence Kanmani was born. I like to make beautiful, high-quality home decor and utility products from fabrics. All items are ethically sourced and produced and a great deal of attention is paid to detail and to quality so that you get an item you absolutely love.
Presently, I design all the products for the shop, source the fabrics, sketch instructions for my tailors, do the quality check, photograph and upload the pictures, manage orders and maintain the shop.
SHIPPING POLICY
Item will be shipped within 2-3 days, once the order is placed. All items are shipped via India post and can take between 3-7 business days to deliver.
REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is a top priority and hence a thorough quality check is done before dispatch. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting exchanges, returns or refunds. Hence please read the descriptions carefully and check the pictures thoroughly before placing an order. Refunds will be made only if products received are damaged in any form. In case of damage, a time-stamped photograph will need to be taken upon the receipt of the product.
