We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please contact us before placing your order.We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment :-). Typically this takes 5-7 working days.All orders usually take a delivery time of 5-7 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) for major cities and 10-12 days for remote locations, from the purchase date. We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour delivery based on available capacity in the Delhi-NCR region. For other locations, we do not have this facility at this moment. For this, please contact us and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 would be levied for the same.

What products are eligible for exchange / returns?​ We offer a “no questions asked” return/exchange policy. This policy is applicable as follows: For products purchased at discounted prices (during sale, using promo-code etc.), we only offer an option to exchange standard sizes and alter tailored fits. For products purchased at full prices, we offer exchanges for standard sizes and alterations for tailored fits. Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange: All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged To ensure your KarryGarry garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection. All alteration/exchange requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You can email/call to trigger the request.
