Shipping could be done on time if order is ready. Otherwise it will take time up to 10 to 15 days in making of the product and shipping.
REFUND POLICY
Products can not be return because it is made as per your order. And it takes lot of time to make it. No exchange or refunds until the product received is wrong or defective.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
The product is made with nails and strings so advised to handle it very carefully. Boards and wood are also hand painted so avoid water on it. And work is also very delicate so advised you to carry it gently.
