INTRODUCTION
Kosher is the brainchild of three conscious designers who had the dream of taking the Indian crafts to the international marketplace by giving the artisans their true share. With all the love for design and vibrant from India, we have focused on modern and simplistic, yet craft based approach in designs using authentic craft cluster techniques, we are a movement for the craft upliftment and work-hour justice for thousands of artisans working day and night to keep the Indian culture alive. Each of the artisan who has worked with us, has become an integral part of our expanding family. For now, Kosher is working intensely with 3 major craft cluster of India. - Batik Printing from Ujjain - Woven Dari from Sitapur - Bagru/Jawta Printing from Bagru - Chikankari from Lucknow - Weaving from Sitapur Come, let's make a conscious and ethical future.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Kosher Designs is the brainchild of three conscious designers, Rishi, Surbhit and Chitvan who had the dream of taking the Indian Crafts to the design conscious International markets by modernising the traditional craft designs and their applications.
The team has been indulged in handcrafted products and artisans since their graduation days in NIFT and with the diverse expertise of textile design and product design, works towards the amalgamation of craft, skills and modern design knowledge to bring the best out of a traditional and indigenous craft.
Hailing from Lucknow, the design studio works with the craft clusters from Lucknow, Sitapur, Benaras, Ujjain and Jaipur.
SHIPPING POLICY
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 3 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.
REFUND POLICY
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below: You can return/exchange in 7 days after date of delivery.If the query arises after the 7 days of delivery, then the exchange/return will not be considered.\ Kosher Designs will only exchange/return the goods purchased using credit/debit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated, unless we have delivered a defective/wrong product in which case shipping costs will be borne by seller.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Returns/exchange will only be accepted if: The returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The Kosher tags are retained and returned with the product. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment and the QC team has evaluated your concern/complaint.
