Our products are designed and manufactured in India with loads of TLC. Our Handmade Collection is manufactured in association with a certified Fair Trade Organisation working with self-help women groups in North of India. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free on all purchased items. Shipping will be done via reputed courier services only, please do not accept the shipment if it appears damaged/tampered with on arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Lana Paws provides no warranty on its products. However, if the product is not as per the requirements of the customer, you may choose to return it to Lana Paws for replacement. Such a request will be entertained only if it is within 7 days of date of delivery of product to customer and is completely at the discretion of Lana Paws to accept or reject the same. Only items in the same category can be exchanged for a different size or colour. Items on sale cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size. Shipping cost for all exchanges and returns for any damaged/wrong items delivered will be borne by the seller.
